Duraweb™ Nanofiber
Advanced modern nanofiber technology employs an electro spinning process that fabricates very fine, continuous, durable fiber 0.12µm – 0.14µm in diameter. MERV 15 nanofiber offers greater ability to remove submicron dust particles. High quality narrow fiber distribution improves media efficiency and reduces initial pressure drop.
Improved surface loading allows the dust to collect on the media surface making the pulse cleaning more effective, reducing emissions, and providing a cleaner, safer work environment for employees.

Dura-Tex™ 360 PTFE
Our proprietary membrane technology specifically designed for tough applications. Through innovative R&D processes the membrane has been developed specifically for industrial air applications that require high (HEPA) efficiencies and a low pressure drop.
IBacked by a Toray 100% polyester Spunbond substrate, Dura-Tex 360 is unsurpassed in consistency and performance. Laminated with a flexible membrane, the “unstressed” fibers will allow the media to stretch and form during the pleating process. Unlike other ePTFE membranes, Dura-Tex 360 will not crack, or break which causes delaminating over time.

Dura-Tex-C™ PTFE
A fire retardant coating is applied to this corrugated poly-blended ePTFE media, and then the proprietary membrane is permanently bonded to the substrate that will not allow delamination. With a HEPA grade E11 efficiency, low pressure drop, and an economical price, this 100% hydrophobic media is an upgrade to nanofiber products in durability and efficiency.
The ePTFE membrane is permanently bonded to the substrate and offers excellent particulate release and is resistant to harmful chemicals and salt. This unique poly-blend base and proprietary relaxed membrane put this media in a class of its own!

VS•Series Replacment Cartridges for Donaldson Vibra-Shake
